Our family operates a closed herd calving out approximatly 100 cows annually. Located 60 miles north of Edmonton, just off of the Ft. Mac highway, we are part of the lush semi-wooded parkland region which surrounds our farm. Our pasture and hay lands are pesticide and herbicide free. The beef animals we raise from birth are guarenteed hormone and anti-biotic free. We sell our beef in several farmers markets in and around the Edmonton area direct to the consumer. The beef we sell direct is under 24 months of age and dry aged on the rail 14 days.
Our farm is a registered Verified Beef Production operation, and we have also completed an Alberta Environmental Farm Plan.
We are also pending organic certification.
