Rusylvia Cattle Co is a family owned purebred and commercial beef cattle operation. The farm is owned by Ken and Josie Pashulka and their sons Tyson, Riley, and Taylor. The 300 cow herd consists of 125 purebred Maine Anjou, 30 purebred Angus, 30 purebred Limousin, and the rest are commercial black cows.

The cattle are managed through the use of AI, corn grazing, rotational grazing and swath grazing. The cows calve from Feb. to Apr. and then turned out to graze. The cows and calves are on a complete herd health protocol based on the "Pfizer Gold Program". At fall the calves are weaned, the commercials are marketed and the purebred bulls are kept for private treaty sales in the spring. The heifer calves are kept, with some selling in our female production saie or through private sales.

The Pashulka's are very active in showing their cattle throughout the fall show circuit; Stockade Round-up, Farmfair, and Agribition.

Members of the Canadian; Maine Anjou, Angus, and Limousin Associations and are activein the local Ag Societies.

The Pashulka's are proud of their cattle and believe that food safety is everyones business.
